New And Modern Executive Style Home With Great Views

Situated in a quiet neighbourhood overlooking lovely parkland and views out to some of the beautiful waterways of our area. Our two-story home, newly built and completed in Nov 2005, has three bedrooms with a study that converts to a fourth bedroom, two bathrooms, an open plan living, dining and kitchen.
Out on the large timber deck/balcony you can enjoy alfresco dining. Inside in the living areas we have beautiful timber floors and our kitchen with its stone bench tops and quality appliances make it a pleasure to play chef.
In the master bedroom youâ??ll find a very interesting and modern design as it opens into the ensuite which has a lovely two person spa bath.
We have fit out the home with TV, stereo, games, etc. to provide entertainment for everyone and youâ??ll find skate boards, body boards, beach chairs and the like available for you as well.
Although we are very strict about no smoking in the house it is acceptable outside on the deck.
Our home will comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
Corlette (our suburb) is one of the areas of Beautiful Port Stephens, which is the Blue Water Paradise of New South Wales mid-north coast. Just a 2.5 hour drive north of Sydney via the Newcastle Freeway will put you into the heart of Port Stephens, a holiday playground with something to offer everyone.
Port Stephens boasts a waterway, two and a half times the size of Sydney Harbour featuring crystal blue waters suitable to almost every watersport imaginable. Port Stephens has about eighty resident bottlenose dolphins and many other interesting sea creatures. Any journey across the water usually involves a close encounter.
Around the area of Port Stephens we have some of the most fantastic beaches youâ??ll see anywhere in the world and we are only one hours drive from the fabulous Hunter Valley Vineyard area for all those good wine lovers.
Our home is only minutes from sporting venues, shopping centres, fabulous restaurants and wonderful attractions in the area.
Because this is a second home and we live only 12 minutes away, if we are home when you are here we will be happy to show you around the area and help you settle in. If we are not here, we have many friends and family if you would like to meet local people.
**HOME EXCHANGE**
We are happy to consider almost any exchange as we have had wonderful trips through home exchange and now have the "travel bug". We may or may not travel with any or all of our (young adult) children so please don't hesitate to make an offer. We are more likely not to have them with us. Our Daughters would like to travel using our exchange home as well so you may receive a request from them too.
If you are interested in any exchange it does not need to be simultaneous for us and I am happy to give more time for you than what we might have in your home.
If we should be at home when you make your trip to us then we will certainly endeavour to offer you all the support we can give by way of pick-up from the airport, vehicles, jet ski use, our personal tennis court use, etc. etc.
